FACTORING AS A CURRENT TOOL OF CRISIS (FUTURE DEVELOPMENT)

Abstract
In crisis situations of economy economic agents experience sources shortage of financial resources, as long as commercial banks are limited in lending. Crisis situations force enterprises, companies seek new ways to solve this problem. One of solutions is an application of factoring services. Today, it is relevant and essential - more and more companies implement and use factoring mechanism for settlements with partners. Practice of western countries proves factoring efficiency, even in certain sectors of economy has replaced traditional lending services. In many countries factoring has become one of major instrument for financing business. In Kazakhstan, factoring as tool of «business' financing» only have began to develop and win their share on financial market. In this article are defined features of factoring services, analyzed of state factoring market in Kazakhstan and identified problems and prospects of development.
