Factors Affecting Students Performance in Major Examinations Via LMS

Abstract
This study presented the factors affecting students’ performance in major examinations via LMS in Lipa City Colleges. A mixed method of research was utilized to serve the purpose of the study. It involves presenting, analyzing, and interpreting the existing factors that affects the performance of the students in major examinations using LMS in attempt to find out the relationship of their grade point average to the said factors. The researchers established an action plan that can alleviate the concerns on their experience in taking examinations in LMS. Lastly, the researchers proposed several activities for each factor to address the concerns that surfaced in the study. Orientation for major examination, keywording techniques, special examination, revitalization of LMS usage, and time allotment adjustment were the suggested actions for the mentioned concerns in this study.
