Factors Influencing the Efficiency of an Organizational Change Management System

Abstract
Change management is a basic instrument employed by organizations to support their adaptation to changes in the environment. The paper discusses the factors affecting an organization’s ability to achieve and sustain change. To embrace the complexity and diversity of such factors, they have been aggregated and then arranged into groups of determinants relating to: organizational culture, staff attitudes, management style, strategy implementation, and teamwork. All of these factors are closely interlinked and, if properly orchestrated, can strengthen the processes of organizational learning and become an enabling mechanism for a flexible organization.
