FACTORS OF FORMATION OF ECONOMIC DAMAGE FROM ENVIRONMENTAL POLLUTION BY WASTE FROM POSITIONS OF ECOSYSTEM APPROACH

Abstract
The necessity of finding adequate approaches to the assessment of damage from environmental pollution by waste in order to ensure an effective state environmental policy is substantiated. In this regard, the real assessment of damage based on the ecosystem approach is an effective tool for regulating environmental management. The mechanism of occurrence and the main factors of damage formation from environmental pollution by waste from the standpoint of the ecosystem approach are investigated. The peculiarities and problems in the assessment of damage from environmental pollution by waste from positions of ecosystem approach are determined.
