Factors that influence on the competitiveness of enterprises of hotel business

Abstract
The factors that determine competitiveness of enterprise from the perspective of different authors are considered. External factors that ensure the competitiveness of enterprises in hotel business, macro environment factors (economic, scientific and technical, political, demographic, socio-cultural, geographic, international surroundings) and micro factors (suppliers, intermediaries, contact audiences, consumers, competitors) are outlined. Internal factors that ensuring the competitiveness of enterprises in hotel business, including: factors that characterize the company; factors that characterize the service; factors that characterize the quality of service are defined and characterized.
