Abstract
The recent events on the international security medium demonstrate that the actual army struggle tends to become history, although recent events are based on this type of confrontation. The human society evolution brings with it a series of influences on the military phenomenon, called in the fresh literature unconventional threats, which include influence factors from the political, economic, technological, imaginary, informational domains. We intend to identify the main factors influencing the modern military operations, proving that there are deeper connections with economy field, technology evolution, and army professionalization and, most of all, the information.
