FEATURE OF THE DISCIPLINARY RESPONSIBILITY OF SERVICEMEN

Abstract
The article examines the specific features of the disciplinary liability of servicemen. The doctrinal studies of scientists, as well as scientific literature on this topic are considered. Problems regarding the application of disciplinary liability to servicemen are determined. The ways of improving the legal regulation of disciplinary liability of servicemen are proposed.
