FEATURES AND INTERNAL CONTENT OF THE SYSTEM OF ADMINISTRATIVE AND PROCEDURAL LAW IN THE MODERN UKRAINE

Abstract
The article is focused on the research of the peculiarities of the current state of internal content of the system of administrative procedural law. The author has analyzed the latest scientific approaches to understanding the category of “system of administrative procedural law” as an independent branch of law. The author of the article has expressed own positions to the formulation of the features of this concept at the present stage of its development. The key features inherent in the domestic system of administrative procedural law have been outlined; its concept and structural content have been revealed.
