FEATURES AND PROSPECTS OF VENTURE BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT IN UKRAINE AT THE MODERN STAGE

Abstract
The features of venture business in the conditions of reforming Ukrainian econ¬omy and its orientation towards Europe are analyzed. The actual problems of venture business are viewed in the course of transition to a new level of social and economic de¬velopment. The ways of their solution are proposed for the modernization of production and innovation activity. The article examines the state influence on the development of venture business, the need to create a special system of motivation from the state to cre¬ate venture funds and companies, and searches for proposals that promote the formation of a smooth and efficient system of venture capital investment.
