FEATURES OF ADMINISTRATIVE COURT ON STAGE JUDICIAL DECISION IN A SHORTENED PROCEEDING

Abstract
In the article the question of activity of administrative court is considered on the stage of acceptance of court decision in brief proceeding. In the article marked, that an acceptance an administrative court in brief proceeding of court decision is a legal fact, that influences on existence of material and judicial legal relationships, and that heaves up for parties, persons that participate in business, certain judicially-legal consequences.
