Abstract
In this work the economic substance of the term «crisis management by the banking system.» It’s considered the scientific and methodological approaches to find optimal methods of crisis management in the banking sector. It’s analyzed the effectiveness of crisis management National Bank of Ukraine during the banking crisis.
