FEATURES OF CRIMINAL LIABILITY FOR CRIMES AFFECTING THE LIVES AND HEALTH OF CHILDREN

Abstract
The article deals with the features of responsibility for crimes against life and health committed against children. The classification of these crimes according to the age distribution of children and the severity of their actions against them is carried out.
