FEATURES OF FORMATION OF ADAPTIVE STRATEGIC ALTERNATIVES OF MANAGEMENT OF CHANGES IN THE FIELD OF HOTEL RESTAURANT BUSINESS

Abstract
The article outlines and analyzes theoretical and methodological approaches to the formation of strategic alternatives to change management; adaptive methodological model of change management in the sphere of hotel and restaurant business is developed; the peculiarities of the process of implementing the project of changes on the basis of the developed model in the conditions of the specifics of the activity of the hotel and restaurant industry are explored.
