FEATURES OF INFLUENCE ACADEMIC GROUP ON THE DEVELOPMENT OF PROFESSIONAL STABILITY PSYCHOLOGIST FUTURE IN THE CONTEXT OF MODERN EDUCATIONAL SPACE

Abstract
The concept of modernization of education set out to create a creative, competent and competitive future professional identity as a self-organizing entity profession. Because of this, future psychologist gets the freedom to make independent decisions, reliability and professional stability. Therefore, the study of the processes occurring in the student group becomes a reference value in the way of meaningful professional development, development of social experience. The study found that professional stability — a collection of motivational, emotional, cognitive and volitional characteristics, which are combined in a more or less integrated. Provision of professional stability associated with the disposition of this mechanism. It is defined by the individual professional experience specialist. But it is important to understand how significant the role of the conscious subject, group and social environment to ensure the provision of professional stability. Determined that the corrective work after the interest rate the number of students with high value professional stability increased 1,7 times. Based on the results of empirical research found that group training activities helped increase the degree of positive psychological microclimate 14,2 %. These figures indicate the increasing desire of students to be in the student’s reference group and activation process of professionalization. Prospects for further research in this area favor the development and testing recommendations for optimizing the educational process of training future psychologists at the level of the effective use of modern methods of applied psychology in the formation of professional stability of future professionals.
