FEATURES OF LEGAL REGULATION PROFESSIONAL ACTIVITIES AND LEGAL STATUS OF THE SCIENTISTS

Abstract
In the articles normatively-legal acts are analysed that regulate professional activity of scientists, and legal status of researcher is also described, in particular, his rights and duties.The author observes the features of professional activity of scientists, that consists of such kinds as: scientific, scientific-technical, scientific-organizational and scientific-pedagogical activity. The considered questions of attestation of researchers, adjusting of their working hours and vacations, system of privileges and additional charges are for this category of workers. On the basis of the research points, a study is specified on separate collisions between normatively-legal acts, that put in order professional activity of researchers and their legal status.
