FEATURES OF MANAGEMENT OF CIRCULATING ASSETS AT THE ENTERPRISES OF ENGINEERING

Abstract
Purpose is to substantiate theoretical positions of efficiency of formation, management and use of circulating assets at the enterprises of mechanical engineering. Methodology of research. Theoretical and methodological basis of the article are the fundamental principles of modern economic science, works by Russian and foreign scientists. In the process of research methods were applied: analysis and synthesis for learning the object and subject of study; abstract-logical method – for theoretical generalizations and formulation of conclusions; a grouping method for analytical processing of information; causal links, descriptions, specification of the formalization is to determine the needs of engineering enterprises on working capital management. Findings. During the study of working capital of enterprises of mechanical engineering, their composition, structure, dynamics, efficiency was analyzed the effectiveness of using some types of current assets, namely ensuring the smooth operation of the enterprise, reduction of available current assets, and as a result reduce the cost of their funding, the acceleration of the turnover of current assets, profit maximization of the enterprise while maintaining liquidity. Originality of research results is to clarify theoretical positions and the development of recommendations on the efficiency of formation, management management of working capital in enterprises of mechanical engineering. Since it is on the working capital depends on the optimal level of liquidity, solvency, and, as a consequence, financial sustainability of the enterprise. Practical value. The research is aimed at improving the effective formation, management and control of working capital and can be used in machine-building enterprises, taking into account that it depends on the optimal working capital liquidity, solvency and, as a consequence, the financial stability of the company.
