Features of modern development electoral behavior

Abstract
Political behavior is a complex of reactions of social subjects on the activity of political system. Political activity means a complex of forms of the activity of political subjects, political sides and interests. Participation in political activity has an impact on functioning of the political system, formation of political institutions, on the process of preparation and implementation of political decisions. Various typologies of political behavior are being offered in modern politics. One of the most widely spread types of political participation is the electoral behavior type, presented in this article by social, rational-instrumental and social-psychological models. Forms of protest and violence also take a special place among the forms of social behavior and activity. Electoral absinthism is very common as a form of political protest. Political development and peculiarities of national culture of a particular country are the factors that influence political behavior and activity. In modern Azerbaijan, under the conditions of a legal state and civil society, the conditions of nationwide ideology of consolidation of the Azerbaijani national idea, the process of political socialization continues intensely in that case when people have the right of option and rational political participation.
