FEATURES OF PSYCHOLOGICAL SUPPORT PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT OF STUDENTS OF PEDAGOGICAL COLLEGE

Abstract
Formulation of the problem. One of the urgent problems of university psychological services is the preparation of an individual to self- creation, to increase of student psychological culture and professional development. Psychological support for professional development of students is an important and effective means of personal and professional development. The purpose of the article. The aim of our study is to describe the key trends and features of psychological support for pedagogical college students professional development system with the help of college psychological services means. The methodology and procedure of the research. In order to clarify the features of pedagogical college students professional development, we initiated an experimental study that was conducted among 1-4 year students of Dubno’s Pedagogical College of Rivne State Humanitarian University. Subject-subject and subject-object developing interaction stands as subject of psychological support for professional development. This interaction is aimed at solving the urgent problems of professional, personal and social development by the subject of development. The basic content of support includes providing organization and interaction and is aimed at assimilation of new patterns of behavior and communication activities. Conclusions and prospects for further research. Thus, the analysis allowed us to distinguish the following types of psychological care in pedagogical college: 1) psychological assistance to students in the process of professional and personal development; 2) psychological assistance to parents; 4) psychological care to administration. Thus, psychological support for professional and personal development can be realized through the following activities of college psychologist: 1) training; 2) health- maintaining; 3) forming; 4) analytical; 5) organizing; 6) creating of meaning; 7) stimulating and mobilizing; 8) coordination and support; 9) unification and brokering.
