Features of Risks Assessment in Projects of Public-Private Partnership

Abstract
In article the concept of public-private partnership is investigated and the main lines which allow to distinguish it in independent economic category are revealed. Key signs of interaction of the state and the private sector are defined, forms are presented and stages of implementation of projects of public-private partnership irrespective of the chosen form of interaction of the state and the private sector are formulated. The barriers which interfered wide dissemination of these projects are defined. Classification of the general and specific risks is given, probable deviations are determined by types of risks in projects of public-private partnership.
