FEATURES OF SURGICAL TECHNIQUE OF DONOR EXPLANTATION OF THE RIGHT LOBE OF THE LIVER (REVIEW)

Abstract
In this article, we will discuss a review of the world literature and the evolution of views on the available different approaches in the technique of the extraction of vascular structures and biliary ducts of the liver, methods of transection of the parenchyma when removing liver’s right lobe fragment for related transplantation. We will discuss what the program's philosophy is and was. In addition, we have provided the authors' advice and recommendations on the correct implementation of hepatectomy, which will undoubtedly serve as a foundation for reducing the number of postoperative complications and improving results for a living donor.
