FEATURES OF THE ACTIVITIES OF THE PSYCHOLOGIST AS TO FORMING PSYCHIC AND SPIRITUAL HEALTH OF PERSONALITY

Abstract
The article is devoted to the formation of the person’s mental and spiritual health. A theoretical analysis of the problem is carried out; the definition of the concept of mental and physical health of the personality is proposed. Among the main features of mental health is the mental balance of personality. To the signs of a favorable state of the psyche is a relatively positive emotional state, which includes: emotional stability; maturity of feelings; negative management; free natural manifestation of feelings and emotions; the ability to rejoice; preservation of the habitual optimum state of health. Five groups of mental health have been distinguished according to medical criteria, and emphasis has been placed on an important factor in the mental health of the individual – spirituality. It is noted that spirituality as an integrative quality of the personality, serves one of the most fundamental characteristics of the personality as an open system. The authors present the peculiarities of the activity of the psychologist regarding the formation of the person’s mental and spiritual health; the mechanisms of mental and spiritual personality formation are proposed; the model of spiritual formation of the personality is presented; psychological training for the formation of personality spirituality, etc. is offered. The psychological training was divided into 7 thematic blocks; developed original exercises; used for role-playing and business games, mini-discussions, personal growth exercises, physical activity-oriented exercises, etc. A correlation analysis of the research results has been carried out, which make it possible to conclude that the main features of mental and spiritual health are harmonious, balanced, highly spiritual, able to self-fulfillment of their vital needs personality. This should be devoted to scientific research and practical psychological and medical activities.
