FEATURES OF THE INNOVATION AND INVESTMENT POLICY OF ANTI-CRISIS DEVELOPMENT OF THE REAL SECTOR OF THE UKRAINIAN ECONOMY

Abstract
The article analyses the state of innovation-investment policy and proposes ways to overcome the crisis by improving and modernizing the country’s legal and regulatory framework. It is noted that the creation of a new state innovation and investment policy of a higher level of technological development is impossible on a morally obsolete production base, worn-out equipment of industrial enterprises and scientific centres. It is noted that at the present stage of development, the system of public administration is required not only the promotion of investment from all possible sources but also the control over their target use, which enables to intensify both production and technological factors of economic development.
