Features of the interaction of organs Local Government the state authority of the Republic of Poland

Abstract
It was revealed the basic nature of the mechanism of interaction of local authorities and the state power of the Republic of Poland which is predetermined by: combination at places of the elements of local self-government and state administration; significant control of selfgoverning bodies by the central state apparatus; the principle of “negative regulation” as a result of which local bodies carry out powers which are not prohibited by law; filling the budgets of municipal units with own revenues and state subsidies.
