Features of the professional training of future specialists of social sphere during the work with maladjusted children and youth

Abstract
The article analyzes the different models of social work with maladjusted children and youth and determines its nature and characteristics in different socio-cultural environment, also speci¿ es an effective means of helping maladjusted children and young people, allowing through the organization of phased socio-pedagogical work to create conditions for reducing the number of cases of maladjusted behavior; disclosed the main components of the professional training of future specialists of social sphere to work with maladjusted children and youth (help in the realization of pupils of their own «I», pedagogical support of pupils, promoting success in any occupation meaningful for pupils, setting prospects of a happy life, providing a concrete example of possibility of decent life); on the basis of generalization of experience of working with maladjusted children and youth determines the conditions of preparation of the future specialists of social sphere and develops a system of criteria and indicators for their professional preparedness in speci¿ ed activity: a humanistic orientation of the person (humanistic worldview, humanistic behavior, participation in charitable activities); felicitological capacity (the ability to be a happy person, the ability to transmit felicitological ability to others); ethical readiness (awareness of the need to respect the rules of behavior, tolerance towards manifestations by children of maladjusted behavior, pedagogical tact); social activity (charisma, organizational and communication skills, participation in volunteer activities).
