Features of the trial of military service by foreigners and persons without citizenship in Ukraine

Abstract
The article deals with the historical and legal aspects of the development of legislation regulating the situation of foreign employees, as well as theis sues of attracting fo reign citizens to military service on the example of other states. On the basis of the analysis of scientific literature, international, national legislation and practice, the peculiarities of military service of foreigners and state less persons in the Armed Forces of Ukraine are explored.
