FINANCIAL INFORMATION SUPPORT MARKET INVESTMENT UKRAINE

Abstract
Purpose is to study and analyze market information support of investments in Ukraine. Methodology of research. When writing the article used the following methods: analysis – the study of the current state of information support of the domestic financial market investments; specifying in the investigation procedure of disclosure in financial investments Ukraine; graphical and statistical methods used to describe the number of users of the website and the number SSMNC electronic documents from financial investments market participants with application of electronic documents SSMNC. Findings. In the article the role of information support of the domestic financial market investments. In the context of the research problem given the order disclosure in financial investments Ukraine, trends reporting securities traders and analyzes the main types of information on issuers that are disclosed in financial investments. In addition, studies of electronic documents from financial investments market participants using electronic document management system SSMNC. Originality. Further development received a comprehensive assessment and analysis of market information support of investments in Ukraine. Practical value. The proposed procedure in Article disclosures in financial investments Ukraine could be used by the National Commission on Securities and Stock Market and territorial bodies of the National Commission on Securities and Stock Market. It will provide information transparency of the domestic market and control by the public authorities. In addition, the article proposed areas of reporting can also be implemented. They may use securities traders. This will regulate the process of submitting such reports and positive impact on the information to all market participants financial investments Ukraine.
