FINANCIAL INSTRUMENT FOR SUPPORTING AGRARIANS

Abstract
The article analyses problems of the circulation of agrarian receipts that can become a domestic agribusiness precisely as a financial instrument that will promote the development of production and marketing of agricultural products will open up new opportunities for the rapid and effective attraction of credit resources to agro-industrial production. The essence and types of agrarian receipts are determined; features, advantages, and problems faced by debtors and lenders are highlighted. It is concluded that if the existing problems are being solved by using agrarian receipts, they can become domestic agricultural business as an effective financial tool for the development of agro-industrial production due to the rapid attraction of credit resources on conditions acceptable to farmers.
