FINANCIAL RULES OF ACADEMIC DISCIPLINES IN THE SYSTEM OF NATIONAL UNIVERSITIES SECOND HALF XIX – EARLY XX CENTURY

Abstract
The article characterized the process of introducing the teaching of the course of the financial system in the domestic universities in the second half of XIX – early XX century. Indicating that the emergence of new forms and financial law course teaching methods in university system in the second half of XIX – early XX century. It was due to appropriate educational policy of the state, which in the conditions of industrial expansion and the associated reform of the financial system in dire need of a sufficient number of trained lawyers, financiers.
