Abstract
The analysis of the legal regulation concerning the renewal and termination of right of permanent use of land in the case of purchase of immovable property (House, buildings or structures) located on land plots provided in permanent use. Noted the gaps in the current legislation on the issue of transition of rights to land plots provided in permanent use in the case of the acquisition of the rights to the dwelling house, building or construction.
