FORECASTING ECONOMIC AGENTS' CONFLICTS OF INTERESTS FOR ESTABLISHING THE OPTIMAL TERRITORIAL ORGANIZATION OF THE SECONDARY EDUCATION INSTITUTIONS

Abstract
The article deals with the forecast of conflicts of interests evoked by economic agents while optimizing the territorial organization of secondary education institutions across the regions of Ukraine and outlines prospects for their solution. The analysis of the latest research regarding public regulation of the education system and distribution of productive forces is given. The matrix of various conflicts of interest evoked by economic agents that may occur during the formation of the optimal territorial network of secondary education institutions is developed. The relationship between estimates to secondary education establishments and risks of occurrence of conflicts between interests demonstrated by the government and citizens is analyzed.
