FORENSIC CHARACTERISTICS AS A SCIENTIFIC CATEGORY OF THE METHODOLOGY FOR INVESTIGATING CRIMINAL OFFENSES

Abstract
In scientific terminology the notion of forensic characteristics was started in the 60s of the twentieth century in the scientific works of O. N. Kolesnichenko became the object of scientific research of S. P. Mitriceva, I. F. Panteleeva, V. G. Tarasevicha The forensic characteristic is an integral part of the theory of forensic methodology for investigating criminal offenses and defines a set of their main characteristics, contains generalized information on the features of a criminal offense, obtained as a result of the investigation the judicial and investigative practices in the investigation certain types of criminal offenses. Today in criminology, there are many opinions about the elemental composition of the criminalistic characteristics of the methodology for investigating criminal offenses and the significance of each element, both in forensic science and for practical recommendations for investigating criminal offenses. The article is devoted to the study the concept and meaning of forensic characteristics, as a scientific category of the methodology for investigating criminal offenses. In particular, the results of scientific research were analyzed and the significance of forensic characteristics in the theoretical plane as an integral part of the methodology for investigating criminal offenses was analyzed, and in a practical way, as a model for investigating criminal offenses. The analysis and generalization of scientific works on the definition of the elemental composition of the structure of forensic characteristics the typical criminal offenses is carried out. The concept and significance of its separate elements are given and suggestions on the structure of the forensic description the criminal offenses on the facts of the circulation the pornographic subjects are made. The structure of forensic description of criminal offenses on the facts of the circulation the pornographic subjects, in our opinion, should include the following elements: 1) the subject of a criminal offense; 2) the person of the offender; 3) the person of the victim; 4) the means and means of committing a criminal offense; 5) the circumstances of the commission a criminal offense; 6) typical traces of a criminal offense; 7) the consequences of committing a criminal offense.
