Formalized model activity of operators of air traffic control

Abstract
The article is devoted to the consideration of the main provisions of statistical modeling of the operator’s activity in the performance of his functional duties of air traffic control. A mathematical model of the system that reflects the features of the operator of the human-machine system is proposed. As a mathematical apparatus of the formalization process, the queuing theory of queuing is justified. To solve this problem, certain features were identified, conditioned by psychophysiological regularities of operator activity. Based on the principles of formalization, which were set out, an algorithm was constructed that simulates the operator’s activity in the air traffic control system. It is shown that the model, which was developed, allows to determine the main characteristics of the operator’s performance: the probability of refusal to service the received application, the probability of inactivity of the operator, the law of the distribution of the length of the queue, of timeliness and without pardon of decision-making in the management process.
