Formation and development of legislation – the basis of legal status of subjects of foreign economic activity

Abstract

The article analyzes the stages of the formation of legislation that determines the legal status of foreign economic activity entities. The attention is paid to the imperfection of the current legislative provision of the subjects analyzed.
