FORMATION OF FUTURE QUALIFIED WORKERS’ CREATIVITY

Abstract
Social and economic transformation take place in the country. First of all, the development of the labour market supersedes the requirements intended for the future employee: its ability of self-realization in work and making re- sponsible decisions, persistence in carrying out their plans, availability of skills adaptation in a market economy and so on. Modern potential employers prefer to search engines work possessing such skills as creativity, competitive- ness and so on. The purpose of the article is to characterize the levels determining creativity formation of the future skilled workers of professional education service institutions. We have allocated these components - stimulating, motivational, personal and reflective - in the structure of competitiveness formation intended for the future skilled workers representing professional educational institutions of a services sector. We have elaborated criteria and their indicators for the assessment of the studied phenomenon within each component of the formation. The personality-reflective components are: the assessment of the future skilled workers regarding their own pro- spects for competitiveness in the job market in compliance with the requirements of today’s labour market; the stu- dents’ ability of perdition and adequate assessment of their actions and their results as well as the assessment of their readiness for professional activities; identification of future skilled workers’ leadership skills, ability to compete, entrepreneurial skills and creativity; focus on success. The analysis of the studied problem which is carried out by us allows noting that the formation of a personal and reflexive component in psychology and pedagogical literature is estimated according to various criteria from which it is possible to distinguish the criterion “creativity” which provides self-determination of person’s features and is concretized by means of such indicators as inquisitiveness, imagination, complexity, tendency to risk. On the basis of the analyzed scientific literature there were allocated and characterized the level indicating the creativity formation of the future skilled workers of professional educational service institutions. The low level of creativity formation is characterized by a low ability of creativity; a low level of inquisitiveness, imagination, complexity and tendency to risk. The intermediate level is based on the creativity formation. It is char- acterized by the ability of creativity, inquisitiveness, imagination, complexity and tendency to risk. The sufficient level is characterized by the vivid inquisitiveness, continuous search for new ways and ways of thinking, studying of various opportunities of tasks solution; the developed imagination; the expressed persistence, awareness of difficult phenomena, tasks; the expressed tendency to risk, upholding of the ideas, achievement of high purposes. The objective experimental research enabled the determination of the levels of personal creativity techniques for the diagnosis of personal creativity (E. E. Tunik). For this purpose, there was conducted a preliminary diagnosis of 60 first-year students and 28 third-year students of Odessa Professional Lyceum of Technology and Design. There are 37 students in the experimental group. There are 57 students in the control group. 9 pupils (24%) of EG and 12 pupils (23%) of KG demonstrated a low level; at the intermediate level there were 20 pupils (54%) of EG and 35 pupils (69%) of KG; at the sufficient level there were found 8 pupils (22%) of EG and 4 pupils (8%) of KG. Thus, according to the received data regarding the criterion «creativity», at a sufficient level there were recorded KG 8 students (22%) and 4 EG students (8%), which indicates that a small number of students demonstrated their creativity, curiosity. They have a developed imagination and a strong striving for risk. At the intermediate level of creativity formation there have been found 20 students (54%) of EG and 35 students (69%) of CG. Their work is characterized by their capacity for creativity, curiosity, imagination, complexity and striving to risk. Low levels have been found at 9 students (24%) of EG and 12 students (23%) KG. This indicates that they have adequate self-esteem, low capacity for creativity and risk appetite. Based on the results of the diagnostics aimed at determining the levels of personal creativity of future skilled workers, it was defined that the majority of the students demonstrated the intermediate and low formation levels of personality in terms of creativity, curiosity, imagination, complexity and risk appetite. The students proved to be marginally capable of risk, inquisitive, have imagination and generate complex ideas. Promising direction of our further research is to provide appropriate educational conditions in vocational school services facilitating the improvement of future skilled workers’ creativity.
