FORMATION OF INSTITUTIONAL MECHANISMS OF INTERACTION OF THE CIVIL SOCIETY AND BUSINESS

Abstract

The article notes that internal and diversified relations are not limited to finding efficient ways of joint production of existing goods and services. This concerns mainly the achievement of collective benefits, which consist of separate parts. In the business sector such collective benefits are typified by inter-firm cooperative relationships, by combining additional resources and opportunities and can create new unique products, services or technologies. Advantages in management, in the broadest sense of the word, reflect the irreversible changes that have been made in the economic, social and political spheres in recent decades. These changes may have stimulated shifts in the understanding of the new characteristics of organizational structures. In this sense, during the last decade the role of partnerships that exist due to socio-economic factors generated by various partner structures to achieve the goals has significantly increased. In addition, for their effective functioning it is necessary to overcome existing obstacles.
