Formation of organization and economic mechanism of finishing housing projects

Abstract
The problems of investing in housing construction, the specificity of protection of the rights of investors of unfinished buildings were analyzed in the article. Creation of the single mechanism of finishing housing projects was defined. У статті розглянуто проблеми інвестування в будівництво житлової нерухомості та специфіку захисту прав інвесторів довгобудів. Запропоновано створення єдиного механізму добудови незавершених об’єктів житлового будівництва.
