FORMATION OF SUPPORT SYSTEMS OF DECISION MAKING USING COGNITIVE TECHNOLOGIES IN THE CHAINS OF CONTAINERS DELIVERY BY RAILWAY

Abstract

Problem. The article considers the main world trends is the development of international container transportation. Effects of intra-rail transport activities are aimed at modern information support systems for decision-making (DSS) in container transportation. Goal. For the purpose of filling the knowledge base and building an efficient DSS in the containers delivery railways chains, expert assessment methods are most often used. Using cognitive technologies has been offered. Methodology. Container transportation allows saving on transport costs, but also there is a need to create technology based on intelligent information systems. EU countries set up rules for inclusion of all modes of transport in the delivery chain, in accordance with the directive on "intelligent" transport systems 2010/40/EU. The modern apparatus of information processing is a cognitive method, which is based on fuzzy sets. Results. The process of formation of the expert group during the formation of the knowledge base of the fuzzy DSS of the container transport logistics chain is considered. Data obtained using cognitive technologies is used as information sources on the transport-logistic process of container delivery. Originality. The method of evaluation and selection of fuzzy information in the formation of decision support systems in the container delivery chains is proposed. Rational logistics chain technology was searched for for the first time. The DSS has been improved and a rational number of load materials (cars) has been received. Data that is automatically provided for in the DSS with the elements of cognitive systems, via RFID tags, GPS positioning technology is offered to be used as the sources of information on the transport-logistic process. Practical value. The verification of DSS was tested on the real enterprise. An example has shown that rational value is 3.83 units of load equipment per day with two locomotives and the work volume of 100 TEU.
