FORMING FOREIGN LANGUAGE TEACHERS’ PERSONAL QUALITIES, NECESSARY FOR INCLUSIVE EDUCATION TASKS REALIZATION DURING PEDAGOGICAL EXPERIMENT

Abstract

In the article the necessity of forming foreign language teachers’ personal qualities for inclusive education tasks realization was singled out. Involving teachers to educational situations analysis and finding the ways of their solving was offered by the author as one of the ways of forming these qualities. Foreign language teachers worked over both offered situations and the ones from their own experience. During pedagogical experience it helped to form such personal qualities, as kindness, tolerance, understanding students’ individual differences and peculiarities, ability to create positive psychological climate in children’s collective, to cooperate with parents and other specialists effectively etc. Experimental data showed the effectiveness of this way of inclusive education tasks realization.
