FORMS FOR PROTECTION OF CIVIL RIGHTS OF PARTIES OF THE BANKING PAYMENT (DEPOSIT) AGREEMENT

Abstract
This article, which is based on modern legislation and law practice, is about legal characteristic of forms for protection of civil rights of parties of the banking raiment (deposit) agreement. Scientists’ classifications about ways to protect civil rights were analyzed. Judicial practice on disputes, which are arising out of banking payment (deposit) agreement, was considered.
