ФОРМУВАННЯ МЕХАНІЗМУ УПРАВЛІННЯ ФІНАНСОВИМ ЗАБЕЗПЕЧЕННЯМ В КОНТЕКСТІ РОЗВИТКУ ПРОМИСЛОВИХ ПІДПРИЄМСТВ

Abstract
I. Kotkalova-Lytvyn. Forming of management mechanism for financial supplying of development of industrial enterprises. Conducted research was aimed at substantiating content and structural elements of financial supplying management mechanism, which takes into account goals, and objectives of industrial enterprise development. Methodologically research is based on scientific achievements of scientists-economists in the fields of enterprises financial management, formation of basic principles of corporate structures development management. According to the most significant theoretical positions of corporate management, author has formulated paradigmatic regulations for the industrial enterprises development management, namely: corporate structure systematics; integrity of management system organization; management mechanism adaptability; coordination of management system activity; management system autonomy. Indicated preconditions for development management are relevant for implementation of the full range of enterprise management functions and are of particular importance in the context of developing scientifically grounded concept of activities organization. From the author's point of view, management mechanism for financial supplying of development of industrial enterprises is a system of interrelated and interdependent criteria, principles, parameters, methods, tools and levers of influence on the business entity in order of forming financial policy aimed at balanced functioning and development of an industrial enterprise. Thus, from the author's approach standpoint, structural elements of the financial supplying management mechanism are the priority directions of enterprise activity development, which determine goals of management; defining of systematic external environment influence factors; principles of formation of financial potential; basic functions, methods, tools and stimulus of enterprise financial supplying management system.
