FUELS WATERING CAUSES AND CRITERIAS

Journal Title: Проблеми тертя та зношування - Year 2016, Vol 73, Issue

Abstract

This article shows results of the exploration of the fuels watering reasons. The first problem which was recognised is analysis of the water in fuels phase transition. The exploration has revealed that vapor pressure is mostly informative criteria of fuels watering, if reason is water in few conditions. Another problem which article shows is imperfections of investigated characteristics for phase’s changes in fuel. It was analyzed characteristics of dissolved water in fuels. Article shows that the most rational for fuel watering diagnosing is character of water evaporation which shows velocity of phase transfer from water to vapor.
