FUNDAMENTAL NONLINEAR DEVELOPMENT IN REGIONAL STUDIES
Journal Title: Проблеми системного підходу в економіці - Year 2017, Vol 1, Issue 57
Abstract
The article has been examined the problem of the choice of the methods for research of regional socio - economic systems in terms of non-linearity of economic phenomena. The researchers of different fields of science denotes two approaches to the study of natural, economic, social and other events - both static and dynamic. When the static approach, the researchers are only interested in the state of the economic system (socio - economic and regional socio - economic) at a certain time. In the dynamic approach, the researchers are interested conditions set of the system within a certain time period. In recent years, it is clear that the development of economic phenomena described by nonlinear laws. Under these conditions, the article has been examined the possibility and necessity of applying the methods of system approach and synergy in the study of regional socio - economic systems. Ukrainian researchers argue that the main feature of the non-linear control of the economy is not to build the new state effort economic system, but create conditions to ensure that it built itself. In this case, it is imperative that government actions in relation to the regional socio-economic systems in an unstable equilibrium state, was based on an understanding of the nature of the processes taking place in view of the degree of spontaneity and the possibility of alternative directions of development of the system at the bifurcation points. It is also important to understand that in some cases some of the processes can be simply not controlled. This article has been discussed the principles of spatial sustained economy. It is proved that the stability of the regional socio-economic system depends on both the stability of the subsystems included in its composition, and stability of the socio-economic systems of a higher level, in particular the country as a whole. Synergetic theory indicates that the system is prone to self-development. The ability to self-development is one of the fundamental properties of the system. That is, the system must be adaptive and be in the range of from chaotic state to strictly ordered, where reign as the order over chaos, and chaos on the procedure is reversible.
