Abstract
The article deals with the issues of reforming the prosecutor’s office in the legal mechanism of the modern state. The prospects of its reform, not only in the narrow format, and in the context of national legal traditions, the general principles of construction of the legal system of Ukraine, in strict compliance legal nature of the prosecutor’s office of the Institute and the basic principles of its organization.
