Abstract
У статті досліджено передовий зарубіжний досвід соціального захисту населення, зокрема Франції, Великобританії, Японії, Німеччині і низки європейських країн, та можливості його використання в Україні. Досліджено сучасні умови розвитку вітчизняного ринку соціального захисту населення. Запропоновано шляхи покращення системи виконання соціальних програм в Україні.
