FURTHER DEVELOPMENTS IN LEGAL REGULATION OF REFUGEES’ STATUS IN THE EUROPEAN UNION

Abstract
Article is devoted to further developments of legal regulation of refugees’ status in the European Union. The current legal regulation of refugees’ legal status in the European Union is analyzed. Common European Asylum System as well as propositions of improvement of legal acts within this system in the context of migration crisis is investigated.
