Further work on the state (municipal) contract: problems of legal regulation

Abstract
The article deals with the problem of changing the conditions of the state (municipal) contract, dictated by the need for additional work, the need for which was identified during the execution of the contract. The authors analyze the legal regulation of changes in the state (municipal) contract for construction contractors in connection with the need for additional work, as well as judicial practice. The discrepancy between the norms of the civil code on the execution and amendment of the construction contract and the law on the contract system was revealed. The conclusion about the necessity of giving explanations by the highest judicial instance is made.
