FUTURE HUMAN RIGHTS THROUGH THE PRISM OF TRANSHUMANISM

Abstract
This article analyzes the main theories of the emergence of transhumanism. The prospects of human rights development, as well as the possibility of normative fixing and regulation of genetic engineering issues are considered. The value of solving this problem lies in an invaluable contribution not only in the philosophical direction, but also in psychology, neuroethics and cognitive science. The theory of the origin of a person is substantiated. An improved version of "Man 2.0" is explored in the light of religious ideas or familiar to all the inhabitants of the post-Soviet space – a person of the "Light Future". The role of international organizations in the process of regulating the rights of the fourth generation is described.
