GAME TECHNOLOGY IN EDUCATIONAL PROCESS AS A MEANS INFORMAL SOCIALIZATION OF THE INDIVIDUAL

Abstract
The article is devoted to the definition and typology of informal socialization options and empirical study of this phenomenon on the example of informal education. Psychological simulation games with the aim of gamification of educational process have been developed and the peculiarities of the innovation potential of those who are likely to participate in the games and training activities.
