GAPS IN LEGISLATION ON THE INHERITANCE CONTRACT

Abstract
The article is devoted to defining the legal nature and the nature of inheritance agreement. The influence of hereditary contract in case of death of the purchaser, and the issue of succession conclusion and termination of the contract in which one party, namely disposing – in favor of marriage. A separate changes to civil law, in particular regarding: entitlement to marital property purchaser only after the death of both spouses; excluding the possibility of changes or termination of contract of inheritance after the death of disposing as part of the property belonging to the deceased spouse, de facto owned by the purchaser; definitions hereditary contract must be declared invalid in the event that the purchaser intentionally deprived of life disposing or made an attempt on his life, and if it is determined that the acquirer avoided assistance disposing who through age, serious illness or injury was in a helpless state.
