ҐЕНДЕРНI КОМПОНЕНТИ В ПIДГОТОВЦI МЕНЕДЖЕРА ОСВIТИ

Abstract
У статті обґрунтовується актуальність ґендерної підготовки менеджера освіти, розкривається поняття ґендерний підхід, ґендерна компетентність менеджера та складові її компоненти. У варіативну частину професійної підготовки менеджера освіти пропонується введення ґендерного спецкурсу, запропоновані ефективні форми і методи навчання у рамках даного курсу. Проведений науково-літературний аналіз вітчизняних і зарубіжних публікацій з ґендерної проблематики у вищій освіті та менеджментi. Висвітлена ґендерна парадигма як сенс-рудимент в управлiннi освiтою. Визначені перспективи подальшого дослідження ґендерного феномена в менеджментi та вiтчизнянiй i міжнародній системi освiти.
